Unlike many other scope service centers, MediVision, Inc., is also a rigid scope manufacturer. Our service program is unique because the scopes are repaired in our FDA licensed and inspected manufacturing facility. We have been in business for over twenty years, making us one of the oldest service companies in the industry. Our repairs are done in keeping with the original equipment manufacturer’s design. All components and procedures are strictly controlled. We utilize a separate Quality Control department to ensure the highest degree of workmanship and service.

In addition, MediVision, Inc., utilizes the same state-of-the-art equipment found in your operating room. This extra benefit assures you that the image quality of your repaired scope will be as consistent at our service center as it is at your location.

At the completion of the repair, a total and concise Quality Control Report will be furnished to you. The report, much like a snapshot of your scopes performance level, before and after repair, will be an invaluable reference to you concerning the status, performance, and repair history of your scope. This report includes a color printout of the endoscope image before it was repaired and after. This image is taken through the CCD camera. The target, the first of its kind in the industry, was custom made by MediVision to display the best color, contrast, clarity and brightness.

The Service Data Report was designed to provide the customer with a compilation of all data taken during the quality control process. This data consists of an initial and final image, optical and fiber optics data, general test information and notes.
